Fusion Application Service Account Password Expiration Causes Portlet Producer Errors

Symptoms

 If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

 You will get portlet producer error when accessing Manage Business Unit task or any other tasks in Functional Setup Manager.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Fusion Application

2. Click Navigator > Tools : Setup and Maintenance

3. Search for task Manage Business Unit

4. Click Go to Task link
