Unable To Save Page After Checking “Allow Additional Questions Box On Questionnaire Template (Doc ID 1488688.1)

Symptoms

In Fusion HCM  when user tries to check the box “Allow Additional Questions Box"  on Questionnaire Template page, application does not allow to save page and spins.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into HCM environment using an Employee Self Service user account.
2. Navigate : Careers>Performance>Manage Questionnaire Templates.
3. Select Test1 Questionnaire template>Click on edit icon.
4. Try checking “Allow Additional Questions Box" on Questionnaire Template
5. Observe that application keeps on spinning
