Symptoms

Prompted with the following two errors after attempting to navigate from Customer Profile to Customer Tree Opportunity Node

ERROR #1

ADFC-06002: unhandled exception

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #9


ERROR #2

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 10, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: CustomerServer_1, Application Name: CustomerApp

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customers.
2. From 'All Customers' select a customer record.
3. In the Customer tree, select Opportunities
4. Receive Error #1 shown above.
5. Click OK and receive Error #2 above.
