Goal

Client received the following error message while processing the Open Life Event:

"The potential life even {LE_NAME} is in manual status. Resolve the manual life event to either void or detected status, and then reprocess. (BEN-990361). This occurred in the package {PROC}."

What are the steps required to prevent this from occurring?
