Goal

Issue
--------
Unable to add new source system lookup codes or edit existing seeded values. The Source System lookup is greyed out or read only in the Functional Setup Manager.

Replication Steps
-----------------------
1. Navigate to menu > Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for 'Manage Source System Lookups'
3. Click on HZ_ORIG_SYSTEM_TYPE

Actual Result
-------------------
There are two read only lookup codes : PURCHASED and SPOKE. Notice that one cannot add a new lookup type. Also delete action is greyed out. The lookup code should be changeable.

Expect Result
---------------
Functionality should allow users to add new lookup codes, delete and modify the existing lookup codes
