No Workflows Triggered At Sales Account Creation When Imported (Doc ID 1493683.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.4.0.0 version, Import/Export

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Having a Workflow Object setup for Sales Account creation :
No Task is created (or email sent) in case of Sales Account file import (for Consumer or Customer)
A task is created (and email sent) in case of manual creation od Sales Accounts  (for Consumer or Customer)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A task is created (and email sent) in case of Sales Account import as it does in case of manual creation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

A)
See an object Worklow : Test for Sales Account

-On creation  
- Trigger a task creation
with label = TEST [$PartyUniqueName$]

- Trigger an Email Notification

B) 



Navigator > Customers >

Test a manual sales account creation
BFTestTaskOnSaqlesAccountCreation
set address as Sell To


Get a notification for task creation :
Action Required:Verifier les informations updatés du consommateur BFTestTaskOnS...


Doing the same test when creating a Consumer in a manual way

Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import activities > Import consumer or customer with Sales_account usage (ie sell_to address)
Run import CSV file to create new sales account


get no notification for imported consumers

Due to this issue, users cannot get notified from Sales Account creation  when done in scope of import.
