Getting Error While Creating a Content Item

JBO-34009 Error is generated when trying add content item to a Custom Content Type

JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is JBO-34009. Error message parameters are {0=ITEM_TEXT_1_null_300000003704611}

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup & Maintenance> Search for Manage Profile Content%
2. Select Manage Profile Content Type and click on Go to Task button
3. Create a new Content Type called corporate Citizenship and add two new files ITEM_TEXT_1 as comments and RATING_MODEL_ID for Rating Model and select Interest Rating Model
4. Click Save and Close and Click on Done
5. Select Manage Profile Content Item and click on Go to Task button
6. Click and Create button and add a new Content Item for Custom content Type.The above error triggers
