On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Technology Management
Login to Fusion Applications gives below error message after repeated incorrect Login attempts.
However when account status is checked for this user in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), the status is shown as "Active" and "Unlocked".
This can happen for any Fusion Applications account without purposefully entering incorrect credentials at times when those accounts are used as part of some scripts / configuration steps.
Most common among them would be HCM.USER account
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Apps with incorrect password until account lockout.
"The user account is locked or disabled. Please contact the System Administrator."
2. Login to OIM as Administrator and check for user account status.
