Fusion CRM SaaS: Resource Is Not Getting Auto Assigned To Lead (Doc ID 1508086.1)

On : 1.0-Beta version, Assignment Manager Configuration

Lead Assignment of Candidate Object Resource to Work Object lead is not assigning any resource to Lead

Resources should be assigned to Sales Team when doing action > Re-assign
Support tested the same steps in internal instance and all available resources were assigned to this lead.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


A) Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Retrive task : Manage Sales Lead Assignment Rules
> Check Rule Set : Test_INFY_Resource_RULE_SET_28Sep
- Work Object = Sales Leads
- Candidate Object = Sales lead Resource
> Rule(s) : Tes_RULE_1
> Conditions : Sales lead - Response Channel = Email

B) Navigator > Marketing > Leads Processing > Open lead : DELL_R2_320
> Set Response Channel = Email
> Save
> Action > select Reassign > Immediate Automatic Assignment
> Sales team still contains only owner as a resource

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign resource to Lead Sales Team.
