Index For Customer Search Fails When We Try To Create Full Indexing

When first time Search Index was run, It errored out.
When looked into Logs, Error shows as below :
Error in the SES Console for the Customer Profile Index Schedule
EQA-15021: The associated Oracle Enterprise Scheduler (ESS) request with ID 37966 is no longer executing. The request ended in state ERROR with the following information: oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionErrorException: Spawned job for request 37966 produced the error exit code: ERROR
When looked into crawler logs, It was as below :
