Symptoms

On : 11.1.4.0.0 version, Set Up Workforce Development-Define Business Processes and Events

Managers are not able to see appropriate search results in any of the following situations:

- Search is not returning the correct results for manager and keyword.
- Managers cannot see the appropriate direct reports throughout the Talent applications (Performance, Goals, etc.) following transfers from one organization to another
- Managers cannot see the appropriate direct reports throughout the Talent applications (Performance, Goals, etc.) following HR2HR process completing.



The issue can be seen as an example by following these steps:
1. Navigator > Goal
2. Select Mass Assign Goals
3. Enter information on Select Goals page. Click Next
4. On the Select Population page in the Workers region, click Search and Select
5. Conduct Search. Search returns no rows or incomplete results.
