Fusion PIM: CRM User Unable To See Or Use Manage Delete Groups

This solution is specific to a problem detected within Set Up Product Management on a CRM build of the Fusion Product.

There is a need to delete Items that have been entered to clean up database, however the menu entries for Manage Delete Groups are not found.

Due to this issue, users cannot create or execute Delete Groups for Item cleanup activities.
