Outlook User Has Sync Issue created new contact ZOE-435021 (Doc ID 1518412.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.5.0.0 version, Outlook Client

When attempting to Create a contact and then sync have problems whit this new date entered,the following error occurs.


ZOE-435021 - An error occurred in the synchronization service when the method Update was invoked on the base service person. The base service returned an invocation target exception that caused the synchronization service request to fail.Contact your application administrator to review error logs.
HZ-120197 - A primary contact point already exists for this combination of contact point type PHONE and date range
Updating error of person object on storage {02036711-E5C0-95EA-0FEB-35AE3B553EE0}: object_locked

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Fusion CRM for Outlook and create a new contact
2. run Sync
3. Synchronization control panel show the error message



Due to this issue, users cannot sync a new contact created on Fusion CRM for Outlook, when attempting to get a successful sync appear an error message on Fusion Sync Control Panel "Can not add, modify the information, this issue happen just for one user, and also with this particular new contact".

In our understand this issue could be related with the procedure and date entered for this new contact.
