Cannot View All Leads Across The Organizations

As a Marketing Manager, the user needs to see all the leads across the organizations. Let's say that there are 5 organizations : Org1, Org2, Org3, Org4 and Org5 can all enter leads. Each organization manager would like to see their organizations leads and the Marketing Manager would like to see them all.
