Goal

Why Price Change Tolerance Percentage & Amount rule do not apply for Purchase Order Modification?

Steps
========
1.Set Price Change Tolerance Percentage & Price Change Tolerance Amount
2.Employee Creates Requisition 249 with 3,000,000 Amount and Submit
3.Login as Approver approve the requisition 249 and Create PO 382
4.Change the price and Amount that exceeds the tolerance .
5.Validation occurs and shows error as per the tolerance set.
6.Change the price on the Purchase Order 382.
7.Approve PO by logging in as Approver.
8.Now change the price on the PO to exceed the tolerance percentage and Amount.
9 Submit the change Order.


The Change Order submitted. Means Tolerance Percentage & Amount rule does not work when edit the PO (create the Change Order).
