Fusion CST: Total Unit Cost Field Is Blank In Review Item Costs Page

Symptoms
When querying acutal cost (FIFO, et al.) item, user will note the Total Unit Cost Field is blank in the Review Item Costs UI. Users must select an item and click Review Transaction Costs to see any item costs data for these items.
Some cost accountant users have expressed a desire to view average cost for a FIFO item to use as a guideline, even if it has no concrete value for the cost method. Certain Apps Unlimited products (EBS, JDE, et al.) have set a precedent by computing and displaying and average cost for actual cost items.
