Symptoms
Access error when trying to add a page to a space in WebCenter integrated with Oracle
Fusion Application.
Step to reproduce the issue:
1. Log into WebCenterServices as a non-admin user
http://<servername>:<port>/fndSetup/faces/WebCenterServices
2. Create a Space
3. Click on the 'Group Spaces' link in the Navigator Menu at the top
4. Select the new space
5. Go to Home tab
6. Click on the arrow next to Home tab to launch the Tab Menu
7. Select "Add Page to Home Space"
The error is displayed:
