Symptoms
On : 11.1.4.0.0 version, Manage Invoices-Receive and Process Invoices
The Liability Account is not getting defaulted from the Common Options for Payables and Procurement at the time an invoice is created. This causes the system to issue an error.

You must provide a value for the attribute Liability Distribution.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Invoice header details.
2. System issues error because the liability distribution account is not retrieved automatically from the Common options.
Changes
Accounting flexfield security rules have been enabled.
