Fusion CST: Journal Entry Tab Gives Error - No Data To Display (Doc ID 1528336.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Costing: Journal Entry tab gives error - No data to display

For transactions that have been accounted in Costing and have valid Journal Entries, for a particular navigation, the tab JOURNAL ENTRIES gives error -
XLA-870811 "No data to display. You must account the transaction before viewing the journal entry."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Expect for journal entries transactions to query into Review Cost Accounting Distribution UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Review Cost Accounting Distributions, query existing Cost transactions.
2. In the Journal entry details, see GL accounts indicating accounted.
3. Select the Transaction Summary tab and Click on View Transaction.
4: Select Journal Entries tab,  and confirm the following error : XLA-870811 No data to
display. You must account the transaction before viewing the journal entry.
5. Note this error is invalid as journal entries are confirmed in steps 1-2.
