Symptoms

Submitting a clause for approval, Approver gets email with Approve/Reject Options. No other details available; also the notification from Worklist is a blank page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Create Clause
2. Submit Clause for approval
3. Approver gets email with Approve/Reject option
