HCM Extracts - Flow Patterns Created Are Not Appearing In The List When Trying To Run Them

Flow patterns not appearing once the extract is created.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new HCM extract with the name ABCXYZ
2: Generate & Compile the Fast formula if needed.
3: Navigate to Payroll Checklist and search for the Flow Patter ABCXYZ.
The same extracts will be in seen in Data Exchange > Manage HCM Extracts
But not from Data Exchange > Submit HCM Process or Checklists > Submit a Process or Report
