Ability to Use Org Charts for Succession Planning
1. Ability to easily identify successors using the Org Chart
2. The Organization Charts have a standardized flagging capability (heat mapping) with configurable rules (e.g. if a critical position has no identified succession candidates that position would be flagged as red or if there are less than x number of candidates for a given role).The solution also allows for succession positions to be heat mapped by how likely the current incumbent is to leave the position so we can manage and understand risk early, and ensure the correct mitigation actions are taken.
3. The solution provides intelligent org charts, which will highlight succession critical roles from an organization perspective.
4. There should be the ability to print Org Charts
