Fusion Core HCM: Work Location Map Not Working For Canada Employees on My Portrait

When one views their Work Location under My Portrait, My Contact Information, the work place pin is displays with a blue blank screen for Canadian users.

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Set up a work location in Fusion Core HCM
2. Associate work location with a user based in Canada in Fusion Core HCM
3. Navigate to My Portrait and view Contact Information
