For GB Employee when I trying to enter another national identifer for any other country, country changes to "Andorra"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hire one GB Employee
2. Query that employee under Person Management
3. Click on Edit for National identifier
4. Added National identifier for United States
5. "United States" got changed to "Andorra"
