How do you adjust tax amount on a credit memo when using the 'Correct Matched Invoices' function?

If you attempt to change the amount from the 'Enter Manual Tax' lines UI, you will receive Error:

You cannot add a new tax line or edit the selected tax line. (AP-810226)
You cannot create, edit, or cancel a tax line when the line or an associated item line is a correction, adjustment, prepayment application, or is referenced by another invoice.
