Does changes done to the competencies in Experience & Qualification card reflect in Performance Document?
Step 1 - Performance document created by manager
Step 2- Manager rates the competencies and submits the performance document for grandfather approval
step 3 - Performance document approved by grandfather
Step 4 - Performance document completed
Step 5 - Manager updates the competencies in the experience n qualifications for the employee - changes the ratings of the previous rating rated in the performance document
step 5 - submits it
step 6- changes saved in the experience and qualifications tab for competencies
step 7 - view the performance document rating for the competencies.. it reflects the same rating(prior to changing in the experience and qualifications)
