Symptoms

On : 11.1.4.0.0 version, Manage Compensation-Manage Individual Compensation

Error while awarding individual compensation.

Client getting the following error message while awarding individual compensation to the worker.

ERROR

Error Message: "Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in evaluating routing slip. Check the
underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip."



STEPS
-------
Navigator - Compensation - Individual Compensation - Manage Compensation
Search for the employee and Award Compensation - Error

IMPACT
---------
Due to this issue, users cannot award Individual Compensation to the employees.
