When downloading user-defined attributes that are based on a vaue set with description, via ADFdi to MS Excel, description of the value is displayed instead of the value itself.

Also, when attempting to use ADFdi to import items with user defined attributes (EFFs), if the attribute has a value set and user specifies a valid 'value' from the list and uploads, the following error occurs.

Insert Failed

If instead of value, user specifies the 'description' of the value, import is successful. System should allow for 'value' to be imported.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create multi-row user defined attribute and assign a value set to it
2. Create item batch and download the template which includes the user defined attribute for item upload
3. Enter 'value' from value set and other information and click upload
4. See error ' Insert Failed'
