Lead Scoring Rule Not Working

A lead assignment rule for Lead scoring was created based on time; however, when the user clicks on Actions> Scores on the Lead, the score on the Lead does not change.

Rule Set definition:

Name: Lead Scoring
Rule name: Lead Time Frame - 3 Months
Type: Scoring Rule
Work Object: Sales Lead
Object=Sales Lead
Attribute=Time Frame
Value=3 months

Increase the score by 20
