How to set the callback URL for a call to an External Fulfillment Application (Doc ID 1546668.1)

Goal

When Executing a call to our external Fulfillment System we encounter the following error:

The fulfillment line cannot be processed because the fulfillment line wait step is inactive. (DOO-2685447)

The ProcessFulfillmentOrderFulfillmentTaskNotificationResponseEBM shows:

  <corecom:FaultNotification>
    <corecom:FaultMessage>
       <corecom:Text>env:Server</corecom:Text>
       <corecom:Stack>The fulfillment line cannot be processed because the fulfillment line wait step is inactive. (DOO-2685447)</corecom:Stack>

We have checked the callbackServerURL property on DooTaskFulfillOrderRequestInterfaceComposite and this has not been setup correctly.
