How to define a new Consumer Contact Point As Primary (Doc ID 1547085.1)

Oracle Fusion CRM Application Composer - Version 11.1.4.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is a Consumer with 2 Contact Points already set as Primary (phone and email).
Now user needs to create a new phone contact point and define it as Primary, but when selecting the desired line and clicking in Action > Set Primary they cannot do that.
