How to define a new Consumer Contact Point As Primary (Doc ID 1547085.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has a Consumer with 2 Contact Points already set as Primary (phone and email).
Now he wants to create a new phone contact point and define it as Primary, but when selecting the desired line and clicking in Action > Set Primary he cannot do that.
