Territory Management - Named Accounts Are Not Available In Edit Coverage Dimension Shuttle (Doc ID 1548169.1)

Symptoms

 

The following issue happens in the Territories and Quotas
cannot see any values for the Account dimension  in the Edit Coverage
observed that even for Geography there are no values available








STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. login to applications
2. goto Navigator > Sales > Territories and Quotas page
3. go to Manage territory Proposals
4. Click on create button under "Current territory Proposals"
or open an existing draft Proposal
5. select any territory row in the proposal
6. and click on "Edit Coverage" button
7. the dialog box will open
8. select  "Account" in Dimensions
9. and give search as %
10. only one value Account is available
11. now select from lov, dimension as Geography
12. give search as M%
13. there are no values returned











EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The named accounts should come up

Due to this issue users are unable to proceed with territory creation
