Fusion INV: Access Denied Error For OnHandQuantityService (Doc ID 1548328.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Sales Orders-Process Sales Orders

When attempting to use OnhandQuantityService within the Fusion domian,
the following error occurs.

java.lang.Exception: oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdl api.SoapTestException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/scm/inventory/materialAvailability/onhandQuantities/onhandQuantityService/OnhandQuantityService#query invoke) at oracle.sysman.emas.model.wsmgt.WSTestModel.invokeOperation(WSTestModel.java:808) at oracle.sysman.emas.view.wsmgt.WSView.invokeOperation(WSView.java:384) at oracle.sysman.emas.view.wsmgt.WSView.invokeOperation(WSView.java:302) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to EM
2. LogisticsApp >> OnhandQuantityServiceSoapHttpPort >> onhandQuantityService
3. Invoke onhandQuantityService
4. Service errors out
