Fusion Global Human Resources: Add Manager Functionality Is Not Available At The Time Of Employee Creation

Add Person

On employee creation only the immediate manager relationship is available to append to the record. When in amend there is the ability to associate extra management reporting to the employee record. Why is this missing from the creation stage ?

Creation should have the same management reference capability of the amend function.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > New Person > Hire New Hire An Employee > Employment Information

2. Add a New Person Employment Information has space for line manager only, rework of record needed to add other managers.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue effectively double working is required of data records on employee creation.
