Symptoms

On : Fusion Applications BI 11.1.4.0.0 version, Analytics

When attempting to execute the

"My Customers " Analysis

 from the Reports and Analytics Pane \Shared folders\Sales\Analytic library it is throwing an ODBC error as shown below :

The error shows the logical SQL, it is querying SA Sales - CRM Customer Overview.Customer

They have said that they also get an error with "My Customers Real Time" analysis

Notes: Customer let us know that they have not implemented OBI Apps (data warehouse).

Notee: Real Time only analyses run successfully without getting an ODBC error (they have another informational message but it is not an ODBC error)
