Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, HCM Common

When attempting to hire a new Employee and reaching the last 'train-stop'
the following error is seen --

ERROR

An error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in workflow service Web service operation invocation. Verify that SOAP connection information for the server is correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Hire Employee
