Cannot Edit/Add a New Address from Person and Employment Card..

Request operation CallFunctionStateless from default/HcmPeopleProcessComposite!14010059_16559749/ProcessApproval to ProcessApprovalRules_PeopleProcessRuleSet failed with Business Fault: null. Check the underlying fault. Check target SOA component for cause. } cause: {null}

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion.
2. Navigator > Person Gallery
3. Click on the My Portrait tab.
4. Scroll through the icons to find the Personal and Employment card.
5. Click on the Personal and Employment icon.
6. Click on the pencil icon next to the Address section to edit the details, or click on the + icon to add a new address.
7. Edit existing address / add a new address and press submit.
8. Go to the Worklist on the homepage.
9. Observe that there’s a failed transaction with the following error message:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update or add a new secondary address for themselves.
