The Business Unit is not available for selection from LOV to complete the setup task from Functional Setup Manager:Manage Expense Report Audit Rule By Template.
1)Log into Fusion Application
2)Navigator -> Setup and Maintenance ->Impl Project -> Financials -> Define Expenses Configuration -> Define Policies and Rules
3)Open the task Manage Expense Report Audit Rule By Template.
4)Click on Create icon
5)Click the drop down to select BU. The Business Unit LOV is empty.
