Users have custom code from Support/CRM Devopment to raise an EDN Event like the FusionApps Bulk Import UI does when a job is submitted. However, the SOA composite which is listening to the event does not pick it up.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Submit the business event via sample PLSQL as described below.
The event created via PLSQL was dequeued.
