Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Workforce Records-Maintain Worker Directories

When an employee logging into the Fusion Application, he/she is not able to access My Portrait page.

ERROR

You cannot view the person's portrait because the selected assignment is inactive (PER-1531473)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log on to HCM
2. Go to My Portrait
Error message pops up
