Goal

Question 1:
Timeliness on Termination Life event impacts future dated transactions

Timeliness setup on termination life event to set the life event to manual status if it is created in past older than 30 days. Observe that when doing future dated terminations, the life event is still going to manual status. It is quite normal that all terminations are keyed in future dated and setting these to manual will be a big issue. Is there a way to set the timeliness so that it only considers past transactions and not future dated transactions?

Question 2:
Requirement is that if  timeliness is configured in days as 30 days for any life event, it should set the life event to manual status if the life event is triggered for more than 30 days in past. If it’s a future dated life event, it should not set it to manual status. This use to work in E-Business Suite.
