Workflow To Update Status To Won Based On Sales Stage

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Workflow to update Status to Won based on Sales Stage field from Opportunity object.

Looking to create a simple workflow in Application Composer that will update the Opportunity Status field to Won when the Opportunity Sales Stage field is set to Published.

Do not see that the Status field is a field that can be updated through a object workflows.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status field should be in the list of update action list in Application Composer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to Application Composer

2. Select Sales Application

3. Under Common Setup select Object Workflows

4. Create a new workflow with object type Opportunity

5. Set Event Point and Condition to When a record is updated

6. Add Actions > Field Update

7. Status field is not in the list of update action list

Due to this issue, users cannot create Field Update using the Status field
