Ability to have Employees and Managers Update the Allocated Checklists in Self Service Menus

Currently all the tasks that are defined has performers based on Area of Responsibility. Client has a big checklist for Offboarding checklist, and that's where Line Manager should have access to the Checklist and update the items before assigning it to the Employee. Employee should also be able to update the checklist items assigned to them.
