Goal
Does Order Management Support cancellation requests from fulfillment systems? This requirement arises when orders are sourced from order capture applications that have limited functionality. Key fulfillment decisions are made in fulfillment applications including cancellation of fulfillment lines.
Though there is workaround available, which is to mimic cancellation request coming from downstream as order capture request.
For longterm solution, this should be supported from downstream systems.
