Symptoms
When trying to execute a custom BI Publisher data model the following error appears in the UI :

The BI Publisher data model had been configured to run the following SQL query against the database :
select * from HRC_LOADER_BATCH_LINES where LOADER_BATCH_ID =100000000066281
The expectation is that the query would retrieve around 3000 records.
