When attempting to open notifications in Fusion Applications or BPM Worklist , an empty screen is displayed. Also a dialog box appears on the worklist notification saying "Details not available".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log onto the worklist for Fusion Applications.
2. Try to open a notification in worklist notifications and approvals area for both Change Order (CO) and New Item Request (NIR) by clicking on a link.
