Ability To Change Task Status From Complete To An Open Status

Enhancement Request
When a task is marked as completed, the user is not able to edit it anymore.

1) Navigate to a Consumer
2) Navigate to Task node
3) Create a new task
4) Modify the task and add 100% achieved and save
5) Try to edit the task

Actual Result
The task is not editable

Expected Result
The user wants to be able to complete a Customer Task, and then be able to edit it. But after it is complete, it locks (or changes to read only) and cannot be edited.
