Goal

User would like to use HR hierarchy for use in reporting security.

There are 2 places where you can select a Manager when you navigate to Manager Resources - Manage Users.

One is in the Manager field under Employment Information and

the second one is in the Reporting Manager field under Resource Information.

1. “Which field of these 2 should we use for FIC reporting security?”

When searching in the Reporting Manager field, it returns no rows, however, if you search in the Manager field under Employment Information, it returns some results somewhat inconsistently.
