Symptoms

On : 11.1.5.0.0 version, Manage Benefits-Maintain Benefits Enrollments

When attempting to view benefits in My Portrait the following error occurs.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 384, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp.
