Not Able To Select Requester In Invoice ADFdi - Getting Application Error Occured Incident (Doc ID 1567730.1)

When value is chosen for the column 'Requester' in the Create Invoices spreadsheet, after clicking 'OK' an error is received:

An Application Error Occurred . Your help desk can use following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: XXX Server Domain: , Server Instance :, Application Name: PayablesApp

(Where 'XXX' is the incident number)
